Consistent with its commitment to protect personal privacy, Nalco adheres to the respective Safe Harbor Privacy Principles with respect to all Personal Data received from employees, customers, vendors, commercial visitors, and other business parties by Nalco in the United States from the European Economic Area and from Switzerland, in any format including electronic, paper or verbal. Within the scope of the preceding, Nalco intends to cover email communications, and the offline collection of customer data such as details relating to sales calls, sales notes, and service reports. In addition Personal Data is handled in accordance with the descriptions of the handling of Personal Data in this Privacy Policy.
