We'll begin with the fundamentals of mineral scale, corrosion and microbiological activity and discuss their impact on cooling water systems. Traditional methods of chemical feed, program monitoring and dutiful control will be reviewed.
Water & Energy Management:
Nalco's continued development of cooling water treatment chemistry coupled with advanced 3D TRASAR® monitoring and automation technologies will be presented. Water conservation and results with reference to real time scale, corrosion and microbiological monitoring capabilities and control will be highlighted.
Cooling Tower Maintenance:
We will discuss tower maintenance strategies and the opportunities to enhance overall tower performance and equipment life.
IAQ and Building Energy Management:
Beyond the waterside, air quality and efficiency are maximized through proper air handler maintenance practices. Nalco's Environmental Hygiene Services experts will discuss varying strategies to achieve peak performance while reducing energy expense.
Environmental Hygiene Services:
Nalco's EHS group offers expertise in total air and water systems management particularly related to issues involving safety, health and energy savings. We will discuss how you can identify areas that may need improvement and what steps you can take to protect your facility.
