Mill Improves Efficiency With OxiPRO™ Technology for Deposit Control
OxiPRO Technology for Deposit Control, Nalco’s latest innovation in monitoring and controlling microbial deposits, was recently implemented on a large uncoated freesheet machine and provided significant cost savings and value for a paper mill customer.
Through the integration of OxiPRO technology, the mill achieved a 60 percent hole count reduction, improved machine efficiency significantly, and also eliminated the unscheduled downtime due to significant reduction of sheet breaks.
OxiPRO technology is implemented on more than 60 world class machines globally.
