High Temperature High Pressure Corrosion

Nalco has successfully treated sour systems globally for more than 50 years. This includes locations in the United States, Canada, Greece, Kazakhstan, and Latin America – some of the most corrosive environments in the world. These systems contain high levels of hydrogen sulfide, in some cases more than 65% H2S.

We can effectively treat the full range of oil and gas systems including:

• Deep, hot gas wells and gathering systems
• Rod-pumped and ESP wells
• Onshore and offshore environments.

Nalco meets the demands of offshore environments by offering umbilical-safe chemicals for deepwater and UDW production. We also have a long history of successfully preventing sour corrosion related failures in these environments.
