In 2006, Nalco established its European Business Services Centre (BSC) in Budapest which serves both internal and external customers through the region. The BSC is a centre of excellence for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, with business marketing, supply chain finance, FP&A as well as business unit finance support also located in the centre. The BSC manages and provides customer services, billing and invoice dispute resolution management, customer pricing and deal management set-up & maintenance, procurement administration services, as well as logistics support.
