Sick Days

If you are away from work due to a short-term illness or injury, the Sick Pay Policy allows them to continue the full amount of your salary for a specific number of days based on length of employment with Nalco.

Metra Feeder PACE Vanpool

We offer our employees who work at the Naperville corporate office the opportunity to participate in the Metra Feeder PACE Vanpool program. This nonsubsidized vanpool program is designed to pick up employees in the morning at the RT. 59 train station to the Nalco corporate office and back in the afternoon.
