The Profit Sharing and Savings Plan is designed for this purpose. The Plan includes both company 401(k) matching and profit sharing contributions. Employees are eligible to participate in the plan beginning immediately upon hire date. Annual profit sharing opportunity is based on an achievement of company performance goals.
