Research and Development offers individuals the opportunity to help Nalco differentiate itself by developing innovative technical programs that provide sustainable solutions to our customers' operations, creating an enhanced return on investment. Communication skills are also highly important, as we are actively involved with customers and field personnel, gaining insight and providing advice on improving their processes. The majority of our R&D professionals come to Nalco with an advanced degree in chemistry, engineering or biology, and this career path has a global reach beyond R&D into Sales, Operations and Marketing.
