Educational Assistance Program
The Educational Assistance Program provides financial assistance so that you can obtain additional education or training outside of your working hours. You will be able to use the Educational Assistance Program to increase competencies in a current position, or to help you advance to another position so that you can continue to contribute to Nalco’s success. Nalco may provide reimbursement to you up to to US$5,250 per calendar year with manager approval.
