POSITEK 3G™ Microparticle Technology

POSITEK 3G Microparticle Technology is the latest generation in Nalco microparticle innovation. This new program is designed to promote drainage and retention without causing any negative effects caused by over-flocculation.

Through implementation of a POSITEK 3G technology program, you will realize increased machine efficiency and improved production rates, while improving sheet properties such as formation, porosity and strength. The program also improves runnability and wet-end stability through improved chemical retention.

POSITEK 3G involves a high performance retention and drainage program comprised of individual components and the services of a Nalco on-site wet-end expert to tailor a program specific to the grade of paper or paperboard being produced. Using this program provides you with the tools to best optimize your machine performance.
