Nalco in Europe

Europe is a vital region for Nalco. The company’s European headquarters is in Switzerland. Nalco played a vital role in post-World War II Europe by helping the European railroad system get back on its feet with improved water treatment technology for steam engines. In 1952, the company established its first physical presence in Europe in opening its plant in Cisterna, Italy. Today, Nalco’s more than 3,000 European employees work as a team to provide our customers with products and services that improve their operations.
